Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your LIN Education account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to request it and what is removed.

How to request deletion

  1. Email us using the button below, from the email address you use to sign in to LIN Education.
  2. Use the subject line "Delete my account". The button fills this in for you.
  3. We verify the request and delete your account within 30 days, then email you to confirm.

What we delete

When you request deletion, we permanently remove:

  • your account and profile (your name, email address, and settings), and
  • your learning activity (lessons opened, progress, and resume positions).

What we keep

We do not retain your personal data after your account is deleted. We may keep minimal, non-identifying security logs for up to 90 days to protect the service, after which they are removed.
